Moratorium Week

July 24 - July 30th

ALL sports required to be OFF 

LHS Baseball OFF

July 31 - Aug 13

Attend showcases, college camps, play football, Rest, vacation, S&C on your own, be a kid!

Aug 14th - Sep 24th

Closed Period

LHS baseball Coaches are not allowed to coach players during this time. Only Strength & Conditioning can be performed. 

We do not offer “Fall ball” - players are welcome to sign up for fall associations outside of LHS.

Encouraged during this time:

  • REST: take some time off of baseball 

  • Individual training: Hitting/pitching coach sessions, etc. 

  • Strength & Conditioning!!

Sep 25th - Nov 12th

Open Period

Team is allowed 6 hours of practice per week. This schedule will be designed ASAP, with practices offered in the morning and/or after school at LHS. 

These practices are not required - they are opportunities for players to develop their skills.

6 hours of team practice goes by quick, we still highly recommend players work ON THEIR own during these times. We will get the calendar updated asap so players can schedule individual training around the LHS schedule.

Nov 13th - Dec 25

Closed Period

LHS baseball Coaches are not allowed to coach players during this time. Only Strength & Conditioning can be performed. 

Encouraged during this time:

  • Player lead long toss after school 

  • Train on your own

  • Strength & Conditioning

Open Period

Spring Baseball

3 teams: Varsity, JV, JV2
26 game schedule

June 1st - End of July

Summer Baseball

2 teams 

30+ game schedule 

S&C and practice 3x per week

We expect all Freshman to play summer baseball with Lincoln. This is a time to play for Varsity coaches and learn the program and game at a higher level.
