We believe in teaching an “others first” mentality. We value hard work, being a great teammate, and creating an unbreakable bond above all else.

We take pride in our work ethic and toughness. We work hard on the field, in the weight room, and in the classroom. Our players develop physical and mental toughness through rigorous training sessions and practices, and they learn how to respond effectively to failure.

The Standard

Players participating in the Lincoln Baseball program are held to high standards through a disciplined approach to teaching accountability and selflessness.

We expect all of our players to transition to the next phase of their lives with strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.

Coach Mike Blake is switching sides of the ball and taking over as the programs hitting coach to help the Cardinal offense beat up on opposing pitchers. • Coach Blake was drafted as a pitcher by the Arizona Diamondbacks - however he also MASHED
Coach Mike Blake is switching sides of the ball and taking over as the programs hitting coach to help the Cardinal offense beat up on opposing pitchers. • Coach Blake was drafted as a pitcher by the Arizona Diamondbacks - however he also MASHED. He has his high school single season record hitting .583 in his senior year 🤯. As a two way player at Mt. Hood CC, Blake hit .387 his sophomore year with 10 doubles and 2 bombs. He continued as a two way player at the University of Hawaii until being drafted as a junior. • We’re excited to have Blake take over hitters to improve bat speed and bat to ball skills while creating an aggressive and tough approach at the plate. • Blake will take over hitting coach duties this fall, as well as running youth hitting classes. Coach Watson will still help with hitters, but primarily be coaching infield and defense.
